Variants and combo deals

Sell one product in several sizes or colours with variant products, and bundle items into a combo deal with its own price and expiry date.

Variant products

Use a variant product when one item comes in several sizes, colours or other options, and each option has its own SKU and stock. Variant products are available for every industry except restaurants.

1. In Products, click Add Variant Product.
2. Fill in the main details as for a normal product.
3. Enter up to three attributes, for example Size, Colour and Material. In Values, type a value and press Enter after each one: S, M, L.
4. Click Generate Variant. EasySell creates every combination, such as Small Red and Small Blue.
5. Give each variant its SKU, compare price and stock, and switch off any combination you do not sell.
6. Turn on Use Variant Level Images to show a different photo for each variant.
7. Save.

Combo deals

A combo sells several products together at one deal price, such as a burger, fries and drink, or a gift box.

1. Click Add Combo Product.
2. Under Combo Products, select a product, enter its quantity and click Add Item. Repeat for every item in the combo.
3. Enter the Deal Price and turn on Mark as deal to show it as a deal.
4. Set an Expiry Date if the deal ends, and a Reorder Point and Reorder Quantity if you prepare combos in advance.
5. Save.

How combos use stock is set by the Combo Inventory card in Store Settings: either the stock is reserved when you make up combos, or each item is deducted when the combo is sold.
