We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the Materials you provide to the EasySell.pk service. All Materials you upload remains yours. You can remove your EasySell.pk store at any time by deleting your Account.
Client is only authorized to use it as per selected package.
In case of any piracy EasySell.pk has right to capture the system and also has right to file law suit.
EasySell.pk extremely condemn the representation of false data or unethical data.
You are responsible for all activity and content such as photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or data uploaded, collected, generated, stored, displayed, distributed, transmitted or exhibited on or in connection with your Account (“Materials”).
Ohad Tech is not responsible for any type of loss of data due to negligence of user and any server disaster.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. EasySell.pk cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.
During the update system may be down and unavailable for some time.
In case of any in consistency user should report the service provider and for the issue and the issue will be cater within 48 hours.
You acknowledge that EasySell.pk will use the email address and mobile number you provide as the primary method for communication.
EasySell.pk has right to change the terms and conditions and privacy policy at any point of time without any prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to provide our services to your competitors and make no promise of exclusivity in any particular market segment. You further acknowledge and agree that EasySell.pk employees and contractors may also be Ohad Technologies customers/merchants and that they may compete with you, although they may not use your confidential information in doing so.
Prices for using the Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Website (Easysell.pk).
