Products and stock
Suppliers, purchase orders and GRN
Record suppliers, send purchase orders, and receive stock with a Goods Received Note that captures batch, cost and expiry dates for every item.
These screens are in Manage Inventory when inventory management is turned on in Store Settings.
Add a supplier
Open Manage Inventory › Supplier and add the supplier's name and contact details. With the supplier ledger on, EasySell keeps a running balance of what you owe each supplier.
Send a purchase order
A purchase order records what you have asked a supplier to deliver. Open admin.easysell.pk/purchase-orders.
- Choose the Supplier and the Branch that will receive the goods.
- Add each product with its Quantity and Cost Price.
- Set Status to Draft while you are working on it, or Publish when it is final.
- Save, then share it with your supplier.
Receive stock with a GRN
A Goods Received Note adds the delivered stock to the branch at its real cost. Open Manage Inventory › Goods Received Notes.
- Choose the Branch, then pick the Purchase Order Number to copy its items, or choose the Supplier. For a one off purchase without a supplier, tick Anonymous Purchase.
- For each item, check the Quantity actually delivered and its cost and retail prices.
- If batch tracking is on, enter the Batch, Manufacturing Date and Expiry Date. The Products Expiry report uses these dates.
- Save, then publish the GRN to add the stock to the branch.
Partial deliveries Receive only what arrived. You can publish the rest on a later GRN when it comes.
