Read your reports

Find the right EasySell report for profit and loss, sales, tax, stock levels, product expiry and customers, and filter each one by date and branch.

All reports are under Reports in the admin panel. Most have filters for date range and branch; set them, then search. Which reports you see depends on your industry and on inventory management being on.

Report	Answers the question
Profit & Loss Statements	Did I make money this month? Sales, cost of goods, income, expenses and tax, ending in your net profit.
Sales, Income & Expense Report	How much came in and went out, including the income and expenses recorded in Accounts.
Customize Sales Report	What sold, filtered the way you need: by product, category, brand, branch or period.
Customers	Who buys from me, and who owes me money on credit.
Product Inventory	How much stock of each product do I hold, and what is it worth?
Low Stock	What should I reorder? Products at or below their low stock point.
Out of Stock	What has run out?
Product Ledger	What happened to one product: every purchase, sale, transfer and return.
Detailed Inventory	Stock by batch and cost layer (FIFO and LIFO stores).
Products Expiry Report	What expires soon, from the batch dates on your GRNs.
Sales Tax Report	Tax collected on sales, for your tax return.
Purchase Tax Report	Tax paid on purchases.

Get reliable numbers

Receive stock with GRNs so every unit has a cost. Without a cost, profit looks higher than it is.
Record damage, discards and returns (see stock movements).
Record rent, salaries and bills in the branch panel under Accounts, so they show in profit and loss.
Close each cash register at the end of the shift.

The branch panel dashboard gives a quick view of today's and this month's sales for one branch; use the reports above for the full picture.
