Kitchen and order board

See new orders the moment they arrive with a sound alert, move each order through its statuses and print the kitchen or delivery receipt.

The order board shows orders from your website and the kitchen tickets sent from the POS, as they arrive. Open it from the Kitchen or Orders card on the admin panel Home page, or go to kitchen.easysell.pk (restaurants) or orders.easysell.pk (online orders), and sign in.

When a new order arrives

1. A ringtone plays and a New Order Received message appears.
2. Click OK to stop the sound. The new order card has a blinking New tag.
3. Each card shows the order number, date, payment method, customer, shipping and total.

Move an order along

Use the Status button on the card. It only offers the next steps for that order:

1. In Queue: accepted and waiting.
2. Processing: being prepared or packed.
3. Ready: ready for pickup or the rider.
4. On The Way: out for delivery.
5. Completed: delivered or collected.

Cancel asks you to confirm before cancelling. Customers see the status in My Orders on your website.

Print a ticket

Click View on the card, then Print Receipt.
